The object of these facilities is to protect the interests of Lending Institutions that are engaged in the granting of mortgages secured by Real Property both Residential and Commercial. Coverage is available to any institution including Commercial Banks, Savings Banks, Savings and Loans, Credit Unions, Mortgage Bankers, Life Companies etc.

The facilities are fully flexible allowing us to offer bespoke policies individually tailored to suit the particular needs of the lending institution.

Forced Placed / Repossessed Property:

  • Broad All Risks wording including Flood & Earthquake
  • Facility Limits of USD16,000,000 (or currency equivalent)
  • In-House Authority
  • Forced Placed Flood available up to NFIP limits
  • General Liability Coverage available
